How to clean a bong?
Our bongs are washable only with standard kitchen detergents. Avoid cleaning with organic solvents, wash them in lukewarm water. Avoid thermal shocks. Use our cleaning kit for mechanical cleaning.
Can I wash a bong in a dishwasher?
Our bongs are not dishwasher washable. You can use dishwasher only when cleaning the mouthpiece.
How long does it take to assemble/disassemble a bong?
It is super easy – you can assemble or disassemble our bong in a few minutes. For disassembling, please, use our mounting kit and follow instruction videos or instruction manual.
What to do if any part is broken?
Our bongs are fully demountable, so in case of a broken part, we can provide you with a replacement part. If this occurs, please, contact us on info@long-bong.com.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time of goods on stock:
– Europe within 2-5 days
– USA, Canada and Mexico within 3-8 days
– other countries within 5-15 days
Delivery time of goods out of stock within 30 days.
